Returns, refunds and exchanges

For purchases made at any of our stores we offer exchange of items if returned within 7 days on presentation of original receipt garment unworn and tags attached.

For purchases over the internet we guarantee money back or exchange on all items if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.  Please return item(s) within 21 days from date of invoice, freight prepaid unworn and tags attached with brief details of reason for return on the invoice you received with your goods.

Please send the return item(s) to the PO Box address that appears on the top of the invoice. We will exchange or credit the item(s) full purchase price less freight charges. For exchange items a $5.00 half freight charge will be processed on your credit card, or payment by cheque or money order can be included with returned item(s).

Please Note: 

• We will not accept any return freight charges, unless item returned is faulty or we have been negligent in processing your order and provided an item other than as ordered.

• Our free freight policy applies only where items purchased to the value of $100.00 or more are retained. Where items are returned for credit, making the sale value less than $100.00 a freight charge of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund.
